A special bootcamp designed by our OG, The Maestro himself! These signature circuit training classes will keep you guessing. With each class different than the last, you’ll be challenged all the way through.

Join Coach Austin for a total-body fitness blast that changes every class! Get ready to level up your strength & cardio with intense circuits, bodyweight challenges, and a little bit of dance every time.
Fridays 5:15pm-6:15pm
An intense 🥊 kickboxing-style bootcamp that incorporates practical kickboxing skills into a high intensity total body workout! No previous kickboxing experience required. Gloves and pads are provided if you do not have your own (sanitized between each use).
