Join the Maestro for an intense 🥊 kickboxing-style bootcamp that incorporates practical kickboxing skills into a high intensity total body workout! No previous kickboxing experience required. Beginners welcome. Gloves and pads are provided if you do not have your own (sanitized between each use).

Whether you are a beginner to kickboxing or would like to further develop your skills - this class is for you. 

Learn from a renowned trainer with decades of experience in fitness, martial arts, kickboxing, body building and MMA. 

Every class will be high intensity so you can get the most out of your time. However, these classes are made for all fitness levels, and that means you can work at your own pace. Modifications and/or extra challenges will be offered to ensure that everyone can push their limits. We are known for providing a fun, safe and supportive family environment so you can get an amazing workout and feel great doing it! 


**COVID Guidelines**

Mask mandates for fitness centres have been lifted. If you still wish to wear your masks upon entering and when you are not engaged in physical activity please do so! We are limiting the number of participants for each class to ensure proper social distancing. Any shared equipment will be thoroughly sanitized between use. Please do not attend if you are having symptoms or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
