Mondays 5:15pm-6:00pm
Designed by our OG, The Maestro himself! Grow your booty, strengthen your legs and improve mobility in your hips! All levels.
Tuesdays 5:15pm-6:00pm
Join Pascale for a total body circuit! Improve your stamina and overall strength. All levels.
Thursdays 5:30pm-6:30pm
Tone and sculpt your upper body with weight and body weight exercises. Sure to get you sweating! All levels.
Fridays 5:15pm-6:15pm
An intense 🥊 kickboxing-style bootcamp that incorporates practical kickboxing skills into a high intensity total body workout! No previous kickboxing experience required. Gloves and pads are provided if you do not have your own (sanitized between each use).
