Once you have made your purchase, we offer two options to get your gear.
1. You can pick up from one of our class or personal training locations. We will email you to arrange the location that works for you.
2. We offer FREE local delivery. We will send a staff member to carefully deliver your purchase at no extra cost! Within Ottawa city limits only. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of Ottawa at this time. We will email you arrange delivery.

Measurements shown in chart reflect the size of the garment, not the wearer. Please note that this shirt runs small and tends to shrink after wash. So, if you’re between two sizes, consider to size up.
Length (A): from high point on shoulder hem to bottom hem on the back.
Width (B): from side to side 1 inch below the sleeves (when placed flat).
