Join Pascale for a total body circuit! If you've always wanted to try a circuit class but don't know where to start - this class is for you! Work at your own pace and learn a variety of fun exercises. 

Intro to Cardio Kickboxing

An intense 🥊 kickboxing-style bootcamp that incorporates practical kickboxing skills into a high intensity total body workout! No previous kickboxing experience required. Gloves and pads are provided if you do not have your own (sanitized between each use).
