Nutrition is a key factor in any health and fitness journey. If we're not eating the right stuff, too much or too little, it can have a negative impact on our performance, sleep, health and even our moods!

When it comes to figuring out what to eat, a lot of people struggle to get started. 

We offer two types of nutritional plans. 

#1. The Starter Plan

This plan will provide a full 7 day meal plan, with simple and nutritious recipes to get you started. You can easily swap out recipes from any of the 7 days if there's a specific meal you really enjoy eating. Enjoy flavourful foods that are easy to make. As a bonus, you'll also get 7 protein smoothie recipes!

 This plan is best for anyone who:

-is struggling with ordering in too much

-is overwhelmed by planning a weekly menu

-is unsure which foods to buy

-finds themselves eating too much or too little due to poor planning

*Note* this plan is just a guideline to help you learn healthy eating habits and is NOT intended for weight loss, weight gain or muscle gain. Depending on your level of activity, or current eating habits, you may experience any of these as a result of changing your diet.

#2. The Custom Plan

This plan will provide a full 7 day meal plan designed for your specific health and fitness goals. This plan is meant to be followed exactly (unlike our basic plans that are more of a general guideline). 

This plan is best for anyone who:

-Has a very specific goal in mind (weight loss or gain, muscle gain, etc.)

-Has experience in meal planning 

-Looking to prep for a competition (body building or maybe an upcoming race)

-Is looking to maximize their results in the gym by following a proper nutrition plan

*Note* this plan requires a brief consultation which can be done via e-mail or in person. We also offer custom workout plans so you can do even less planning while working towards your goals.
